To process bookings and payments securely.

To send booking confirmations and session reminders via SMS.

To improve platform features and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We share your apartment name (not phone number) with your booked trainer.
•
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
•
Payment data is processed by Razorpay under their privacy policy.
•
SMS notifications sent via Fast2SMS under their privacy policy.
•
We may share data with law enforcement if legally required.
4. Data Security
•
All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.
•
Passwords are never stored — we use OTP based authentication.
•
Access to user data is restricted to authorized TrainRu staff only.
•
Regular security audits are conducted on our systems.
5. Your Rights

You can update your personal details anytime from your profile.
•
You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@trainru.com.
•
You can opt out of SMS notifications through your profile settings.
•
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
