Trainer Commercial Schedule CS-1.1

This Commercial Schedule forms part of the Trainer Terms & Conditions v1.1 and may be updated independently of the main agreement.

This Trainer Commercial Schedule sets out the current registration fees, Trainer payout terms and related commercial details applicable to Trainers on the TrainRu platform. TrainRu may update this schedule by providing reasonable notice to affected Trainers. The main legal agreement is contained in the Trainer Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration Fee

The standard platform registration fee of ₹999 currently applies to all new Trainer registrations.

The registration fee is a one-time platform onboarding fee, not a deposit. It is payable before the Trainer completes profile submission and is subject to the refund terms below.

2. Registration Fee — Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted to support@trainru.com within 7 days of the relevant event. TrainRu will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Package Pricing and Trainer Payouts

The following commercial terms currently apply to Trainers in Bengaluru:

Coupon/Promotional Discounts: Where TrainRu applies a coupon or promotional discount to a Resident, the Trainer's payout is calculated on the original package price. The platform absorbs the subsidy. The Trainer's earnings are not reduced by TrainRu-funded discounts.

Trainer payout is the amount payable to the Trainer for eligible completed services and is subject to applicable refunds, chargebacks, reversals, deductions and other adjustments permitted under the Trainer Terms and Commercial Schedule.

Trainer payouts shown in this Schedule are gross contractual payout amounts before any applicable TDS, statutory deductions, chargeback recovery, refunds, reversals or other deductions permitted under the Trainer Terms and applicable law. The Trainer is responsible for their own applicable tax and GST obligations.

4. Payout Terms

Payout day: Every Monday for sessions completed in the previous week (Sunday to Saturday)
Payout method: Direct bank transfer to the Trainer's registered bank account
Minimum payout: No minimum — all eligible amounts are paid weekly
Disputed sessions: Amounts under active dispute are held until resolution
Chargeback/refund recovery: Where a chargeback or valid refund is processed on a completed session, the corresponding trainer payout may be recovered from the next available payout
Bank change requests: Changes submitted after the 20th of the month take effect from the following month's payout cycle

Trial Session Refund Recovery: If a resident claims a valid trial session refund (within 24 hours, 100% money-back guarantee), the ₹449 trainer payout for that session may be withheld or recovered from a future payout.

5. No Guarantee of Bookings or Income

Registration on TrainRu and payment of the registration fee does not guarantee:

A minimum number of Clients, bookings, sessions or leads
Any particular income or earnings
Any particular ranking, visibility or search placement
Any particular geographic coverage or apartment complex assignment
Continuous platform availability

Client demand varies based on location, availability, pricing, reviews, competition, seasonality and other factors outside TrainRu's control. The Trainer acknowledges that TrainRu does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome from registration on the Platform.

6. Changes to This Schedule

TrainRu may update this Commercial Schedule from time to time. Where changes affect registration fees or Trainer payout terms, TrainRu will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to affected Trainers via email or WhatsApp before the change takes effect.

The Commercial Schedule version number and effective date will be updated when changes are made. For material changes affecting Trainer payout terms, TrainRu may require the Trainer to affirmatively accept the revised Commercial Schedule before the revised terms apply to new bookings. For other changes, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Schedule constitutes acceptance of the revised commercial terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to this Schedule do not require a new version of the Trainer Terms & Conditions unless the main agreement itself is amended.
